#iAmNigeria

I am worried and scared.
I see news about Boko Haram and I scroll past.
I have been thoroughly desensitized.
This horror seems to be our new "normal".
This really scares me.
We will keep moving and hope this menace ends soon.

  6. Blessings......
Life is certainly a bit bleak as one watching in fascinating horror at the tragedy and human carnage around the world. Fear is a monster for sure however never allow yourself to become desensitized, you loose your soul then.

  7. I deliberately do not like to watch the graphic videos. I do not ever want to get used to people being slaughtered like fowls, to lives being wasted like they mean nothing. It's gripping dear. I pray God helps us sooner

  8. The scarier part is the way we get accustomed to the horror. We don't complain as much as we should, we fight back even less.

  9. Its scary yeah! How things have moved from bad to worse. And sitting on my jangolova chair right here, I can only wonder how much worse they can become... My nation can now be likened to a sinking ship Egbon, a sinking ship driven by old drunk and confused drivers.. What can we do i ask on Twitter? Well i guess all we can do is hope, hope that these insensitivity will stop, hope that as we remind ourselves that we are Nigerians daily, these goons will realize that so are they, and so are the people they kill so brutally. It is well. Cheers Bubba. E go better.
